EASY STAR ALL-STARS has announced a run of UK shows this summer as part of the tenth anniversary of its Radiodread album.

Jamaican reggae artist CHRONIXX and THE ZINC FENCE REDEMPTION BAND will perform at the Beat-Herder Festival this summer.

Celebrating its eleventh edition, the festival takes place on 15-17 July in the Ribble Valley, Sawley, in Lancashire.

US reggae collective EASY STAR ALL-STARS have announced the details of a live show this August on the south coast of England.

The show, presented by Zaza Music, takes place on 12 August at Concorde 2 in Brighton, with tickets priced at £17.

ReggaeChapter.com caught up with record producer Michael Goldwasser, the musical mastermind behind legendary reggae tribute act EASY STAR ALL-STARS, for a chat about the group’s upcoming Thrillah tour, his Anglophile tendencies and what keeps him going forward.

Over the years Goldwasser has been responsible for the concept, production, arranging and sourcing of musicians for all four EASY STARS albums.

New York reggae innovators EASY STAR ALL-STARS have revealed that their new album will be a take on the MICHAEL JACKSON classic Thriller.

New York reggae collective EASY STAR ALL-STARS have announced the release date for their next tribute album and have unveiled a unique competition for fans to guess what it will be.

The album will be released on 28 August on Easy Star Records and follows their re-imaginings of classic records in the form of Dub Side Of The Moon and Radiodread, among others.

EASY STAR ALL-STARS add extra UK gig dates

New York City dub-reggae collective EASY STAR ALL-STARS have added gigs in Bristol, Swansea and Guildford to their UK summer touring schedule.

The band is currently out on the road in support of their first full-length studio album of original material - First Light.

The album includes 12 songs and one dub, featuring guest appearances by THE MEDITATIONS, CAS HALEY, JUNIOR JAZZ, LADY ANN and TONY TUFF.

Reggae acts added to UK surf/skate festival

EASY STAR ALL-STARS and SKINDRED have been added to the line-up of the Relentless Boardmasters festival in Cornwall, England.

Other reggae-associated acts confirmed for the surfing and skating event include DUB THE EARTH and GENTLEMAN'S DUB CLUB, mixed in with previously announced headliners FATBOY SLIM and KLAXONS.
