CHRONIXX heads up Beat-Herder

Jamaican reggae artist CHRONIXX and THE ZINC FENCE REDEMPTION BAND will perform at the Beat-Herder Festival this summer.

Celebrating its eleventh edition, the festival takes place on 15-17 July in the Ribble Valley, Sawley, in Lancashire.

DUB PISTOLS added to Shindig Weekender

London dub/electronic group DUB PISTOLS will perform at the Shindig Weekender this summer.

The festival takes place on 27-29 May at a secret location in Somerset with tickets priced at £99 in advance.

THE CUBAN BROTHERS and DON LETTS are also among the first acts revealed for the third annual Shindig Weekender.

More top acts added to Bestival

DUB PISTOLS, WILEY, SKEPTA and RONI SIZE REPRAZENT are among the latest additions to Bestival 2015.

They join an eclectic line-up that already features THE CUBAN BROTHERS, SKRILLEX, DAVID RODIGAN and THE HEATWAVE, among many others.

BoomTown TrenchTown District revealed

STEPHEN MARLEY, SOJA and BARRINGTON LEVY are among the latest additions to this year’s BoomTown Fair TrenchTown District.

The festival takes place on 13-16 August at the Matterley Estate, near Winchester in Hampshire. Tier three tickets are priced at £155 for the weekend.

Top acts set to perform at Bristol’s TOKYO DUB

Bristol is getting ready for the next instalment of TOKYO DUB in September, featuring GENTLEMAN'S DUB CLUB, THE SKINTS and MAD PROFESSOR.

The day-long festival takes place on 27 September at Eastville Park in Bristol with tickets priced at £30 in advance.

Bearded Theory welcomes back DREADZONE and DUB PISTOLS

The organisers behind Derbyshire’s Bearded Theory Festival have confirmed DREADZONE and DUB PISTOLS will perform at their bank holiday weekend next year.

Bearded Theory, which also features KING PRAWN, BABYHEAD and FISHBONE, takes place at Catton Hall on 23-25 May 2014.

DUB PISTOLS reveal 'White Lines' tour dates

The DUB PISTOLS have returned with their sixth long player, White Lines, and an accompanying tour of the UK throughout November.

Speaking about the new record, band founder Barry Ashworth said: “It’s about the number of white lines we see on motorways and at airports when we’re travelling around all the time.”

The line-up for the Lake District's Kendal Calling music festival can now be revealed including PRINCE FATTY, HORSEMAN and DUB PISTOLS, among many others.

LONDON INTL SKA FESTIVAL teams up with SPECIALIZED

The London International Ska Festival has teamed up with the Specialized charity project and will be donating £10 from every four-day festival ticket sold this month.

Last year THE SPECIALS-inspired charity project raised more than £25,000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Summer-loving DUB PISTOLS and ska movement spearheads THE BEAT are among the initial acts announced for Herefordshire's Nozstock The Hidden Valley festival.

The boutique festival takes place at a 17th century farm near Bromyard, Herefordshire from 26-28 July.

SUNRISE FESTIVAL line-up revealed: DUB PISTOLS, THE BEAT & THE SKINTS

The organisers of SUNRISE FESTIVAL have announced the initial acts of the 2013 event, including DUB PISTOLS, THE BEAT and THE SKINTS.

The festival runs from 30 May-2 June and will take place at a secret venue near Bath and Frome in Somerset.

DUB PISTOLS new album details revealed: 'Worshipping The Dollar'

DUB PISTOLS have set a date for 2 June to release their new studio album Worshipping The Dollar.

The London-based band’s fifth studio record follows the 2009 album Rum & Coke and features the return of RODNEY P along with guest appearances from LINDY LAYTON, reggae band RED STAR LION and DAN BOWSKILL.

An official album launch show will take place at the Electric Brixton in London on 11 May.

UK festival update: reggae-heavy Strummer of Love + JIMMY CLIFF heads up WOMAD
