The organisers behind Sheffield music festival Tramlines have announced 2-Tone ska legends THE SELECTER as the Sunday main stage headliner.

The organisers behind Derbyshire's Off The Tracks Spring Festival have revealed legendary 2Tone ska band THE SELECTER as their 2013 "special guests".

The organisers behind Beautiful Days have announced the initial acts for the 2013 festival including THE SKATALITES, BABYLON CIRCUS and THE SELECTER.

Beautiful Days is the LEVELLERS’ annual 15,000 capacity weekend camping festival which started in 2003. 

Ska legends BAD MANNERS will top the bill at BoomTown Fair’s new ChinaTown Theatre, which also forms part of Skankin' City – a new campaign from BoomTown to bring ska music to every corner of the UK.

The London International Ska Festival has teamed up with the Specialized charity project and will be donating £10 from every four-day festival ticket sold this month.

The organisers of Folkestone Ska Splash have confirmed the line-up of artists for the 2013 event including THE SKATALITES, THE BEAT and THE SELECTER.

The first release of artists for Birmingham’s Reggae City festival can now be revealed including JOHNNY CLARKE with the DUB ASANTE BAND, THE SELECTER and HOLLIE COOK.

Roots reggae group TALISMAN has confirmed via Facebook that the band will be supporting legendary ska group THE SELECTER throughout March 2013.

Iconic 2Tone ska band THE SELECTER will drop a brand new live album, Live In Britain, next month to accompany their 11-date tour of the UK.

The album is set for release on 4 October and will be available on CD, 12" vinyl and as a digital download.

TOOTS AND THE MAYTALS and a selection of top reggae/ska performers will headline a new music festival in Sheffield later this summer.

Sheftival will take place in the Don Valley Bowl in South Yorkshire on 4 -5 August to celebrate the Olympics and Jamaican independence.

2Tone ska band THE SELECTER has announced a run of UK tour dates throughout October as part of the Live In Britain Tour 2012.

Fans will be able to get their hands on the brand new Live In Britain CD, which is only available on this 11-date tour.

Jamaican reggae legend DANDY LIVINGSTONE was struck down with food poisoning last night forcing him to pull out of his 40-year comeback show at the London International Ska Festival.

The London International Ska Festival returns to the capital this weekend and features 40 top ska acts from around the world.

Among the many highlights of the bank holiday weekend (3-6 May), DANDY LIVINGSTONE is set to play his world exclusive comeback show after 40 years on 4 May at the O2 Academy Islington.

Legendary 2Tone band THE SELECTER performed in Bristol last night (3 March) to a packed house at the Fleece.
