Glastonbury Festival resale tickets go on sale

Resale tickets for Glastonbury Festival 2016 go on sale at 9am today (17 April).

In order to purchase cancelled/refunded tickets, priced at £228, ticket buyers must have been registered beforehand to be eligible. 

Registration is now closed.

Glastonbury Festival takes place on 22-26 June at Worthy Farm in Pilton, Somerset.

Jamaican musician PROTOJE will perform at the Reading and Leeds festivals later this summer.

Erin MacLeod, writing for The Guardian, has revealed her latest playlist featuring the best reggae, dancehall and soca of 2015.

According to this list Jamaicans still rule the roost with PROTOJE’s “Answer To Your Name”, “Well Done” by KABAKA PYRAMID and a big track by imprisoned dancehall star VYBZ KARTEL.

BoomTown TrenchTown District revealed

STEPHEN MARLEY, SOJA and BARRINGTON LEVY are among the latest additions to this year’s BoomTown Fair TrenchTown District.

The festival takes place on 13-16 August at the Matterley Estate, near Winchester in Hampshire. Tier three tickets are priced at £155 for the weekend.

PROTOJE lines up London show in 2015

Basslaced and RamJam have teamed up to bring another reggae superstar to the UK shores next year: PROTOJE.

The Jamaican artist will be making his full live debut in London in March alongside THE INDIGGNATION, DAVID RODIGAN, CONGO NATTY, ROOTIKAL and more.

The show takes place on 27 March 2015 at the Electric Brixton in South London.
