JULIAN MARLEY reveals UK tour

Reggae singer JULIAN MARLEY will undertake his first ever UK tour this summer.

The Grammy-nominated reggae star will play hits like "Boom Draw", "Systems", "Violence in the Streets" and "Lemme Go" complete with his full 11-piece band.

Reggae musician JULIAN MARLEY will be a special guest to saxophonist YOLANDA BROWN at her upcoming show in London this autumn.

The ‘Reggae Love Songs’ concert takes place on 3 October at the Hackney Empire with tickets priced at £20-35 in advance.

In addition, two “top notch reggae super stars” have been confirmed as the secret headliners for the new Lion’s Den Temple.

BOB MARLEY AND THE WAILERS honoured in London with ‘blue plaque’

The BOB MARLEY AND THE WAILERS blue plaque unveiling ceremony finally took place on Saturday (8 September) in Neasden, North West London.

Councillor Muhammed Butt, leader of Brent Council, said how symbolic the ceremony was in recognising the African-Caribbean contribution to the economy. Michael Adeyeye, the mayor of Brent, added that he considered it an honour to be presiding over such a momentous event.
