BOB ANDY to headline London ska fest day two

Legendary Jamaican artist BOB ANDY will headline day two of the London International Ska Festival 2016.

ANDY will be performing songs from the 'Golden Era' of reggae music with tunes like “Too Experienced”, “I've Got To Go Back Home” and “Young, Gifted & Black”.

The singer was due to perform at the 2011 festival, but due to illness couldn't come.

Top acts added to London Intl Ska Festival 2016

THE DEFEKTERS, THE SIMMERTONES and TREE HOUSE FIRE are among the latest additions to the London International Ska Festival 2016.

The new acts come hot on the heels of announcing MR. T-BONE, AXIS SOUND SYSTEM and Phil Bush's SOUNDS & PRESSURE LO-FI.

Early bird tickets are now available for the London International Ska Festival 2016.

The festival runs from 24-27 March 2016 and will feature more than 50 acts, more than 20 events including the Dixie Queen Thames cruise, valve soundclash and more, at famed and iconic London venues.

Tickets are now available for the London International Ska Festival Thames Cruise which takes place on board the Dixie Queen paddle steamer.

The event takes place on Good Friday, 3 April 2015, with tickets priced at £32.50 in advance.

Jamaican trombone player VIN GORDON leads the first line-up announcements for the London International Ska Festival 2015.

The festival takes place on 2-5 April 2015 across various venues around the capital.
