Jamaican dancehall artist ALKALINE will perform live in London this Summer.

The show takes place on 12 June at the Troxy in London. Tickets are priced from £30.25 to £39.05 in advance.

In 2014 the singer was shortlisted for a Music of Black Origin (MOBO) award in the ‘Best Reggae Act’ category.

Jamaican dancehall artist ALKALINE recently received a US visa and will be sharing a stage with MAVADO in New York this December.

The deejay, who was recently shortlisted for a MOBO Award, will be performing at Club Amazura in Queens on 19 December.

Church ties to block ALKALINE concert in Belize

The Catholic Church in Belize has sought a Supreme Court injunction to try and stop Jamaican artist ALKALINE performing a concert in San Ignacio this weekend.

According to Channel 5 Belize, an interim injunction has already been granted and will be followed by a hearing to determine whether the performance goes ahead.
