Reggae singer FREDERICK “TOOTS” HIBBERT has settled a US$20m lawsuit he filed against organisers of Dominion Riverrock.
Back in 2013 the TOOTS AND THE MAYTALS singer was hit on the head with a vodka bottle during a live performance at the festival.
A Richmond Circuit Court judge recently dismissed the case at the request of lawyers representing Hibbert and the festival organisers.
