London ska punk band KING PRAWN will play The Fleece in Bristol at the end of this year.

The show takes place on 11 December and also features THE FILAMENTS, THE HOTKNIVES, THE LARRYFISH EXPERIMENT and KENISIA.

TANYA STEPHENS to play London’s Jazz Café

Jamaican reggae singer TANYA STEPHENS has revealed she will performing an intimate show in London this summer.

The show takes place on 11 August at the Jazz Café in North London with tickets priced £22.50 in advance.

The top vocalist, famed for “It's a Pity” and “Yuh Nuh Ready Fi Dis Yet”, is set to release a new record on her own label Tarantula Records.

DREADZONE and ZION TRAIN are among the first acts confirmed for Solfest which returns to Cumbria this summer.

Solfest, which also includes RESONATORS and IRATION STEPPAS, takes place on the bank holiday over 26-28 August at Tarnside Farm near Aspatria.

London International Ska Festival has revealed THE MEOW MEOWS will perform at the 2017 event.

In 2013 the Brighton reggae band put out an album called Somehow We Met.

The London International Ska Festival returns to the capital on 13-16 April 2017.

London Intl Ska Festival 2017 line-up grows

The London International Ska Festival has added THE COSMICS, JUNIOR BILL from Wales and France’s 65 MINES STREET to its 2017 line-up.

THE COSMICS formed in 1988 and rose to success on the European scene in the early 1990s with a superb take on authentic Jamaican ska.

Following an extended hiatus the band is back, this time with the welcome addition of the Studio One drummer Jah Bunny.
