New artists added to New York reggae fest

Even more artists have been added to the inaugural Reggae Rhythm & Blues Festival that takes place in New York next month.

US R&B stars MONICA and KENNY "BABYFACE" EDMONDS will now join the previously announced reggae-heavy bill that includes MAVADO, TARRUS RILEY, MACHEL MONTANO and BEENIE MAN.





The brand-new event takes place on 4 September (Labor Day weekend) at Roy Wilkins Park and will “celebrate the city’s rich history of cultural diversity”.

Since securing his US visitor’s visa again, BEENIE MAN will also return to New York on 20 August to celebrate his birthday at the Amazura.
