DANDY LIVINGSTONE hit with food poisoning: pulls out of 40yr comeback show

Jamaican reggae legend DANDY LIVINGSTONE was struck down with food poisoning last night forcing him to pull out of his 40-year comeback show at the London International Ska Festival.

The "Rudy A Message To You" singer was taken ill, however his no-show was announced just 25 minutes before the 10pm curfew at the Islington Academy.

According to the DJ that had to make the onstage announcement,  an "official announcement" will be made today.

DAVE “DOUBLE BARREL” BARKER and RICO RODRIGUEZ came back on in his place accompanied by NEOL DAVIES of 2Tone band THE SELECTER and backed by the PHOENIX CITY ALLSTARS.

The evening also included performances from AJ FRANKLINLOS GRANADIANSRHODA DAKAR and JANET KUMAH of THE DELEGATORS
