Jamaicans line up for Best Reggae Act MOBO Award

Five Jamaican reggae/dancehall artists are up for the Best Reggae Act category in the Music of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards 2012.

The contenders are:

  • KONSHENS
  • DAMIAN MARLEY
  • SEAN PAUL
  • POPCAAN
  • MR VEGAS

The awards ceremony takes place at the Echo Arena in Liverpool on 3 November – tickets are on sale now from £29.

Last year Italian-born reggae singer ALBOROSIE won the award in the reggae category.
