Next issue of “No Ice Cream Sound” dancehall zine out

The second issue of UK-produced dancehall and reggae zine “No Ice Cream Sound” is now available for order.

The new publication includes 50 pages, all hand-printed on a risograph, with full colour insert and cover.

It includes interviews with DR CAROLYN COOPER (author of the book “Sound Clash: Jamaican Dancehall Culture At Large”) on her lucidly academic take on bashment, SOLO BANTON on working with JAHTARI, WARD 21 on starting out with KING JAMMY and the making mad riddim. There’s also an extended interview with SIZZLA that attempts to get to grips with his Mugabe-sponsored appearance in Zimbabwe.

It also features the following:
